Strategic Engagements

EbTide works closely with a CXO level officer to define the key questions to be answered and a workplan. EbTide consultants then work on- or off-site in a collaborative process with management to deliver results for our clients. The ultimate goal is always to present concrete recommendations to the executive team or board and to drive change.  These engagements typically span a number of months depending on the depth of analysis desired by the customer and how far down the path of implementation the client teams seeks to go.

Diagnostic Assessments

A diagnostic assessment is an identification of issues facing top management. It is a collaborative process between EbTide partners and client executives. The goal is to define the key questions that need to be answered for management to make the strategic decisions facing it.  These efforts typically last 2-3 weeks and may be followed by either an accelerated or strategic engagement.
